Low Market Budgeting Site Partial Save

Posted by: jude   in Marketing Online

I found a way to save some of my old “Low Market Budgeting”  site. Some times it takes me awhile to figure things out. I don’t have to recopy all of the old articles now and I can start new with this blog and keep things more updated. I have many interests other than marketing as I’m sure you do, so I will build on what I was able to savage and branch out with more categories that interest me, especially my concerns with growing older and approaching retirement for Bill.

I saw that people were still coming to some of those pages from the search engines and I would like for them to continue to visit me. Since I stopped updating this site awhile back I lost many visitors. After having both websites and blogs I now recommend starting a blog over a website, it is so much easier and more economical. You can add a shopping cart easily if your selling plus plug-ins to simplify everything. I really think you will enjoy the capability to interact with your visitors.

I’m hoping I haven’t killed all of my brain cells over the years from some of my bad habits, like smoking and my famous cocktail hour. I am now on my 8th day of not smoking and have paused the cocktail hour indefinitely. I like reading about other people and their lives because you can always find a lot of inspiration for your own. Since I realized how important computers were going to be back in 89 I now wish I had taken computer courses instead of a Cosmetology course.

A Few Tips For Beginner Marketers

Posted by: jude   in Marketing Online

Network marketing in the general market terms has been successful for a lot of new entreprenuers to some extent. The Internet offers many ways to earn extra income and one that I like is affiliate marketing. You don’t have to spend a fortune to achieve results, but try to promote programs that fit with your site theme or the niche that you are in. You will have better results.

The internet also offers a host of other options like writing, advertising and simple technical non-technical jobs which can augment your regular income. The extra income that can be earned from these opportunities depends on how good your skills are in the field you have chosen.

If your just starting with net marketing, don’t set your goals too high. Start with a modest goal then when you attain that set a higher one. Start with a smaller objective like $25 or $50 or even less extra income a day, while learning the trade at the same time. Do not set yourself up for disappointment in expecting great riches right from the start, because it will not happen. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Keep yourself focused to create a long term affiliate marketing business. Did you know up to 90% of affiliate marketers only earn around $100. a month so be prepared, but concentrate on being that 10% that breaks through.

When you make your budget make it a reasonable amount you will spend each month and try to stay within the budget you have outlined. Don’t go into debt trying everything that comes along. When you have chosen the programs you think are best for you, budget your money wisely and you’ll be one of the success stories. There are free resources every where that you can learn from. If you see a program isn’t working just cut your losses and move on. I don’t mean to flit from one thing to another give the programs time to work, but don’t go into debt

The gurus will always tell you the money is in the list and for some it is, but not always. I personally get very irritated with all the crap they send me and usually just delete the whole lot. There are a few that I always read because even though I know they are marketing to me they don’t blatantly do so. They are more subtle and actually do give information I can use. Do not sign up for every list that comes along, if you do then give a free e-mail account and do not give your primary one. Be cautious.

Setting a goal of $50 a day may seem small and non lucrative, but it is attainable. Affiliate marketing is a continuous learning process, this would be a good place and budget to begin with. Remember, you are also learning how to do things successfully at the same time. Give it some time and you will substantially increase your extra income using affiliate marketing.

Keep revising your goals periodically, as often as fortnightly or monthly. Remember these goals should point in the direction of one larger single goal that you want to achieve in terms of success or in terms of amount of extra income you want to earn. Put these goals on paper and make sure they are in visible range on your table all the time. This will help focus your energy towards your goals.

Internet marketing is a very competitive field. It can be very daunting, especially when you are not earning money in the first few months, If you stay with it and learn from your mistakes, you will see a light at the end of the tunnel.

A lot of literature is available on focus and goal setting by renowned and successful people like Zig Ziggler and more. Reading them would help you not only to add to your knowledge base but also to work in a better and more efficient way towards achieving that extra income goal of yours.

The next step would be the most important in your career as an affiliate marketer to earn extra income. Go out of your way and into the field to make connections and contacts with relevant and useful people in the affiliate marketing industry. Learn from these gurus, but use your on good sense to guide you in which marketing tactics to take for your own business. Everyone has a different view for any subject mentioned. Listen to all then choose what is best and affordable for you.

Budget Low Cost Marketing

Posted by: jude   in Marketing Online

I’ve been marketing online for a few years now. Believe me when I say I have tried lots of opportunties thrown at me and have had small successes here and there, I haven’t made it into the big time yet, but at least I know you can make money, but you can lose a lot also.I have always made a budget and I always try to stay within that budget and I have learned to find low cost ideas if I want to stay online. You will have to spend when you first start and you will need some capital, but don’t expect to get rich overnight. Depending on the ideas you have, you need to make a plan and a goal and try to stick with it or follow as close as possible.

Maybe you don’t know where to start? My first advice would be to join The Warriors Forum. Some of the best marketers online discuss all the latest marketing trends and you will learn a lot there and if you must give an e-mail address for a mailing list or a free offer never never give your primary address.

You need patience if you expect to grow your business. Don’t throw in the towel when things don’t go the way you expect at first. If you give up easily then this business isn’t for you. I have had my share of setbacks and have been lured into several businesses since I started out and every now and then I’m tempted to bite again because of good copywriting. A good copywriter knows exactly which buttons to push. The last one I tried was a MLM and it was called The Pro Wealth Solution. Sometimes I’m just so gullible! Learn the pros and cons of any deal before you venture into it.

I spent a lot of money and wasted time to make a return of $8.00 and only had 1 paying person in my downline. Of course some people did make money, but it was the big guys that had the huge list. I do not recommend MLM’s ever, the only people that make money are the ones at the top. I will stick with affiliate marketing and selling my info products. Always remember the old saying, ” If it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is”. However in todays ever changing market, there are lots of new ideas for earning extra income.

Got Zip or Pagellan ?

Posted by: jude   in Work At Home

I personally sponsor my zip code in Pennsylvania and it only costs $19.95 a year. If anyone from my zip code buys online through Pagellan then I get the credit for my zip code. It really is a very interesting way to be an affiliate. You can also own your county, which I do or state, but of course that is more money, but then you receive more money back. It’s a very cool setup. Check it for yourself and see if Got Zip would be right for you.

These are easy programs that I use myself to make a few dollars and you don’t even have to advertise if you don’t want to, but the more people you can get to use the free Pagellan program for online safe shopping from your area then the more money you can make.

You can have cards printed very cheap or print your own to save on your budget and pass them out in businesses if allowed and other places. More people are buying online than ever before and Pagellan has all the stores teamed up in 1 place for convenience. When anyone uses the stores from the area you sponsor you get a commision, how cool is that?

If you are looking for some work at home ideas that aren’t just connected with online marketing then you might want to get some ideas from these work at home articles. Maybe you can pick up an idea or two.
