Hi Patricia,
I'm sure everything is in the mind, but since I rearranged everything this past week I feel much better, well everything but my poor old back and knee and hip.

Well,
I think I will opt for keeping door open as it's my husband's closet and he is very neat, so having it open doesn't bother me as much as the mirror.

I'd like to jump into the discussion. When you have a mirror facing your bed, it's energetically confusing for your body. For example, if you were to wake up in the middle of the night and look into the mirror, you would see 'another' person and that can be unsettling. But keeping the door open will actually be unsettling as well since you're introducing all of the energy of the closet's contents. Instead, you might want to hang a sheer drape over the mirror to balance the Feng Shui.

Hi Patricia,
Since I have only begun learning the basics of furniture placement and learning how to enhance my energy or harmonize it I would say that would be fine, but I'm not an expert on this subject.

Personally having the door open would bother me more because I would see my cluttered disorganization and clutter isn't conducive for good energy.

Wow, I'm OK with my bed not facing the door and my headboard not against a window, but I do have a sliding mirror door facing the bed. Would my Chi be OK if I just keep the mirrror door open so you don't see the mirror when you're in bed?
