I use the original parchment type type for my Stir the Cauldron blog – which I had the know how to fiddle with it but I would just make a big mess of things

It looks very nice. I hate when it messes up and you have to search for that on comma that is out of place. Have a great weekend.

The only template thing I notice is that your header would look better centred. I didn’t like WordPress cause it was too complicated. Always had some new bug, got a ton of spam comments and very few of the templates offered would actually load or work at all once I loaded them. I love Blogger, it is fun to make changes and the only thing I ever lose are a few widgets which I had too many of anyway.

Hi Robert Bourne I appreciate your letting me know that it looks okay, but if it looks off center or something could you please let me know? Someone said it wasn’t centered and I don’t understand.

You’re theme is really cool, I know what a pain it is to try to manipulate pages in wordpress. The only couple of things I noticed is the header like Laura said, I have a large monitor so it doesn’t exactly line up over the content. An easy fix is to set fixed width for the header and put the margins at 0 auto that should center the header and the recent viewers section could be moved a couple of pixels to the left. Awesome work though!

The theme looks great and what Laura means is that unless your screen resolution is set lower than mine (which is 1152×864), the header is left aligned, so doesn’t go all the way across the screen. If it were centered, it would be a tiny bit more neat looking. It’s not terrible left aligned like it is, so don’t get too worked up over it.

There also aren’t all that many people who view things at these higher resolutions, so they won’t even notice where the header is aligned.

I think, too the tree trunk on the left of the header image may make you think the header is lined up oddly.

All in all you’ve done an admirable job! Congratulations!
