The list of bloggers below were nice enough to give me feed back on this template when I asked over the weekend and I really appreciate it so to thank them I thought it would be nice to list them all together in this post so everyone can see what nice people there really is that are involved with Entrecard. There was also Josh, but he didn’t leave a link that I could add here.

I’m afraid to mess with this theme anymore Josh and I’d follow your instructions, but I really don’t know where to put the fixed width or how to add it. Like I said I really do appreciate all the feedback. I visit these blogs when I’m dropping, but I don’t do much on the weekends. I usually read the recent posts of these bloggers and think that they all have great blogs. So Thanks for taking the time to be helpful to a fellow blogger.

Instead of fixed width, what you could do is center your header wrapper. That is usually done in the CSS portion, way at the top of the template. The width is fixed for the content and sidebar, just need to keep the header graphic centered over it.

It still looks great! I don’t maximize my window, so it looks perfect to me!

Glad to help. Don’t be afraid to experiment with your template. Just save a copy as a backup before you start. The best way to learn how to make it work is by messing it up and figuring out how to fix it. I know this from personal experience. :)

Woow… I am on the list too (^_^) Thanks so much, and you really have done a wonderful job, as a fellow blogger who’s also into experimenting with my own blog’s lay-out and templates, I’ve always admired blogger that really take time to make their blog unique! Love it!

Awww. how sweet! Thanks for the link love!

I’ve messed with my template and know it’s not the easiest thing to do.

Most of your css is in your stylesheet. As was already pointed out, you should save a copy of your template somewhere for just-in-case.

In your dashboard, go to design/theme and choose the stylesheet. Find the header portion and see if there is a Float:left command or align:left. if it’s a float left you’ll have to change it to align:left as there isn’t a float center. That should be all it takes.
