There is a history of strokes and heart attacks in my family so I am always looking for information and St. Jude Medical sponsors a site called Heart Library. They have a lot of interactive video’s where patients tell their stories and you can even submit your own plus videos where the doctors explain all about the heart and all kinds of diseases of the heart.

I think you’ll find these video’s are easy to understand and they use language that isn’t over your head. ICD, is a implantable cardioverter defibrillator and I watched and learned all about how it works and why it’s used in cardiac arrest patients. These are very well made video’s and you will learn a lot of information I highly recommend them.
