My first job i was 15. so its fair to say ive got a good grip on the " bizz ". I have friends that ive seen leavin awful tips to good servers and what i tell them is ....How would you feel if you worked a 40 hour week at your job and only got paid for 30 hours ?? thats how we feel when we ( servers ) give you great service and get less then we deserve. Thankfully most people tip well...which is why at 24 im successfuly raising a 4 year old and i just bought my first house out in the country ! see...20 % goes a long way !
