		<description>I was doing a raw diet for a while, until I got pregnant. For whatever reason raw foods seemed to have made my nausea even worse. But I&#039;m looking forward to get back into it after I have this baby. It really isn&#039;t that bad, and actually I think a lot easier. For beginners I would suggest trying a green smoothie diet. You blend fruits and juice like you are making a smoothie, then add a little raw veggies. The fruits cover the taste for those who aren&#039;t found of the raw veggie flavor and they are incredibly healthy.</description>

		<description>If you can&#039;t quite bring yourself to eat raw just yet, you can steam veggies. It helps them retain more of their vitamins and nutrients and they are fresher tasting than conventional cooking.

I don&#039;t like cooking either, but I do have to say that Boca makes a ground &quot;meat&quot; that works really well in tacos and chili. And Morningstar Farms has a black bean burger that I will eat plain...it&#039;s quite tasty!

I may not eat the way I should right now, but I do know a lot about the &quot;right&quot; foods! :)</description>
