		<description>I also would love one of those tankless water heaters as I live in a manufactured home and our water heater is in the back of the bedroom closet.  Which means...everytime something goes wrong with it, I have to empty out the closet to get to the water heater cubby.  Anyway...the tankless ones are expensive, but I know several people that have them and love them.  The element doesn&#039;t rust out because there is no water standing on it all the time.  Oh well--in my next house.  Dream on.</description>
