Happy Mother's Day

My First Mother’s Day Without Him

The little vase with a red rose and the plaque were given to me by my Son when he was 17 and are two of the very few things he ever gave me for Mother’s Day the rest of the years turned into cards and phone calls which were fine, but those two little gifts have always meant a lot to me and are now 22 years old. His birthday is the 19th of this month and he would have been 39. Happy Mother’s Day to everyone.

Do something special for you. I have lost 4 children in birth, one I held in my hand. I always think of them on mothers day. My daughter is adopted, I always think of her Biological Mom on this day. We have a lot to be thankful for. Your Son gave you the best Mothers Day gift, to last a lifetime, Your Grandson. Happy Mothers day. We do not stop being Moms:-)

Do something special for you. I have lost 4 children in birth, one I held in my hand. I always think of them on mothers day. My daughter is adopted, I always think of her Biological Mom on this day. We have a lot to be thankful for. Your Son gave you the best Mothers Day gift, to last a lifetime, Your Grandson. Happy Mothers day. We do not stop being Moms:-)

Happy Mother’s Day Judy! I know today will be hard, but he’s with you yet!

I have a love/hate thing with Mother’s Day. Love because try as they might, my kids would inevitably fight, but I knew they loved me. I hate it because I don’t have my mom or my mother-in-law to celebrate it with anymore. This year, youngest daughter surprised me with breakfast…seems my brother sent her a text and woke her up to tell her to get her butt out of bed and make me breakfast! LOL
