Ducks Are The In Pet In My Neighborhood

Ducks seem to be the in pet in our neighborhood, at least 3 families now have them quacking all over the place. These belong to the girl next door and she says she simply loves them. My Son had ducks, but he had a huge natural pond with 7 natural springs as you can see in the photo above my neighbor has a very small water feature, but she plans to yank that one out and make a larger one to accommodate her ducks.

Can you keep ducks there?? They don’t allow that in Weirdville, although nobody else seems to be minding the rules on anything anyway. I would imagine ducks to be kinda noisy and poopy.

Karen, author of "My Funny Dad, Harry"

Somehow a duck got inside our church courtyard that is enclosed and had little ducklings. They were so cute–11 of them following mama around last week. I should have thought to take a picture of them for my blog but I didn’t think of it even though I had my camera with me.
