It's so sad that so many people bought into the sale pitch of big businesses, i.e. you have to have this or that to be successful, be happy, blah, blah, blah. A totally destructive path. This economy type is only good when it's good. Delayed gratification isn't a part of that equation. A lot of carts get put in front of horses too. Around here, developers are still building homes in the $500,000 range even though the average income is right around $30,000 a year!
