Weird News That Makes No Sense

Posted by: jude   in Mature Not Senile Misc

I’m sure everyone has heard by now about the black youth holding up the business in Indiana and ended up praying with the woman instead because no one had ever really talked to him before? How weird and sad for everyone involved and how much money are they making touring the television loop? Sometimes people just do the dumbest stuff.

Just this past week in my area a woman was approached in her car the guy was asking for directions and ended up yanking her from the vehicle stabbing her and taking her money. Another woman saw a group of children beating up a smaller child and stopped her car to stop it and they all kicked the hell out of her and stole her cell phone and ran off. What the crap is wrong with people?

Thank God I’m not working right now because I think I would resort to carrying a gun and shoot first and then ask questions. People scare the crap out of me.  There was a time when we picked up hitch hikers with no thought of them slitting our throat or any thing else. No wonder people don’t like to get involved they never know what some idiot might do. People are just plain weird sorry about the crap have a great weekend and don’t read the news.

Thanks Jude. That’s why I don’t read the news, or watch the news. or have anything to do with the news. It’s all bad, and I don’t want to know!

So true. And while I do keep up to date with major world news, I never tune into channels with tabloid style news to these kind of things.
I read in the news here, though, about two teenagers breaking into a house with the intention of stealing and ending up cutting the throat of a 2-year-old girl because she started to scream when she saw the boys and they wanted to shut her up…
It makes me cry.

Anyway, hiding is not going to help and watching all the Hollywood crap instead of the news is one of the reasons these things happen. Youngsters think they are living in a movie, and the things on TV and in games are such a crap.

How about the guy in Virginia who was making coffee in his own kitchen, nude, when a woman cut through his yard, saw him through the window and called police. The man was arrested for indecent exposure! What???

It’s not all sad and depressing, the news of what people do that is. I’m always heartened by the people I’ve met here on the net who do good things each and every day, for and with people they don’t know without the benefit of being filmed, or quoted etc.

I always remember that when you hear something hideous on the news.

I’ve not heard about the story of the potential robber who turned to prayer. I tend to be a bit skeptical, so it makes me think of the awful father and the balloon and I might ask…is this too a hoax or something real?

Though I do agree 200% and then some, people do do the stupidest things.
