somepeople are only looking for 15 minutes of infamy ms. jude. fti steve was the head bouncer for the jerry springer show. he went on to get his own show after jerry got big. it’s not much different than jerry except steve goes for the let me help you approach. sometimes it’s pretty good I’ve heard.

I’ve never watched this before but I think it’s kinda sad being paid 100 to embarrass yourself.. If you make up the story maybe its diff but true story, oh, too much!

Never heard of the show, but would say people often show they have no respect for themselves when it comes to money and fame.

Why do people go on there?? And I’ve got to wonder who is watching that stuff too. Weird stuff those shows. And why are they always on in the waiting room at the doctor’s office??

I often wonder about those people too. I know they have the right and maybe the reasons to do that but I find it seriously hard to comprehend that you’d allow strangers to have a look at things in your life that I think should be private. And for just a couple of dollars at that..

Well I guess with this recession some folks need easy money. I think it is all staged, one has the be a good actor to be on those shows. I watched him once and then checked off, “watch a strange TV talk show” in my Bucket list,lol.

A lot of child molesters and wife beaters come on there, too. They either confess or claim they didn’t do whatever and then fail the lie detector test. If they truly did these things, they’re idiots because now the nationally televised show can be sued against them in court.

OK, I can’t believe I’m actually going to defend the show, but even though Steve used to be Jerry Springer’s bodyguard, not all his episodes are about 15 minutes of fame. He’s helped severely anorexic people get into rehab who couldn’t otherwise afford it. He’s helped women get away from abusers. He’s paid for people’s therapy. He’s an ex cop so he’s no Dr. Phil, but he’s not Jerry either, although some of his guests seemed to be confused as to which show they’re on.

I don’t think I’ve heard of that show. They give you $100/day? Hmmm??? LOL… I said the only time I will get on a talk show is if I’m talking about a book I’ve published or something positive. Nothing crazy.

Never heard of this show but I might get sucked in if I started watching! That is why I don’t turn on the tv.

This sounds like another Jerry Springer wanna-be show. I have to agree…how desperate are you to expose your person and even family to the other desperate viewers of this world?
I never understood the Survivor reality show …as once again it took little to tempt the intelligent human mind to do the most ridiculous things all for the price of a few dollars and a few minutes of being in the Desperate people’s Hall of Fame.
So very sad indeed!
Then again…whoever said we lived in a perfect world…for that we would have to be a perfect people…no worries there
