I too am dropping out of Entrecard as of March 31 and am having a caption contest for those who have Entrecards, I will give them my credits and those who don’t I will feature on my blog along with my consisten droppers. I have the same feelings as you do. I’m looking forward to enjoying more blogs.

However, I am really glad that I came across your blog before you leave…I enjoy your blog.

I will still drop by and visit you EC or not. The number on few people I’ve met through EC makes me keep it up, on the off chance I find another good read. I still follow the other who have dropped EC before, as I will you. I don’t worry as much about dropping as I did before, but I keep it because sometimes I stumble upon another lovely soul, just like you!

Hey Jude, you’ll be on my blog list and of course I’ll drop by here post EC! I haven’t had a lot of time online and like you, will be getting even busier so that’s why EC and all that is sort of on “auto pilot” because “my program” (that cracked me up!) here is neglected some…oh well!! It’s better to just visit the blogs I enjoy, though!

Hi Jude. I have to admit that I have been less stressed since leaving EC. Plus, I had had it with all the viruses that were being spread on EC. I haven’t visited here in a little while, so it looks like I’ve got some catch up reading to do.

Even without EC I have you in my reader so I’ll still be stopping by. I’m hanging on to EC for now but I don’t really care if I do the drops or not. I do them if I remember.

No matter as you are on my blog roll so you can’t shake me. What will you do with all that free time. I am trying to wean myself away from EC as well, just can’t drop it altogether yet. It’s an irrational fear, I know. Have a great weekend.

I did e mail the address they left, but have not heard from them.
That defeats their purpose if they don’t follow up.

Jude, I’ll still visit Entrecard widget or not, but keep in mind, just because you have the widget doesn’t mean you have to drop… I stopped dropping like a fiend months and months ago. I leave the widget on there more as a courtesy to other EC members. It’s nice to have – I still go on dropping runs every now and then to check out new blogs and visit old friends, but for the most part I just leave it there and let it be. It still brings some traffic and it lets my EC get their credit. Whatever you want to do is fine, but just wanted to say that in case you have second thoughts, you CAN still have the widget and not let it suck hours of your life away, LOL! I’ll be visiting no matter what though – whatever is best for you my friend!

You are gonna love the freedom, Jude. I have kept up my comments and have even added some new followers, so I don’t feel like leaving was a bad idea for my blog. I love reading and enjoying blogs again with no pressure to accumulate drops. There are actual days when I can be off the computer, which is nice.
