This argument that smokers make healthcare more expensive for everyone is backwards. We pay a huge tax to support healthcare. Far above and beyond the strain we actually place on the system. If we all quit you all then have to pick up the tab we had been paying. You should thank us for all that we provide. We almost support the whole system on our own. Also if your one of those who say we should be denied care for our smoking related illnesses, consider who is paying the bill, we are. All we want is to be provided with what we pay for.

Update: Oven cooking worked fine, except that the steak overcooked slightly (medium well instead of medium) based on the same amount of time I've cooked the same steaks in another pan, so apparently they conduct heat VERY well and times should be adjusted accordingly.

I've only been using my Orgreenic for 2 months now, and only on the stove top. I can use a DASH of butter and flip eggs without a spatula, but the secret is to tilt the pan toward you so the butter's around the place where you drop the egg, then leave it there for 10 seconds until it sets. Haven't tried it in the oven yet, that's next!

Bought the 10" fry pan at K-Mart. Was skeptical & didn't want to order it online. The thing works GREAT! I add a dab of oil or butter & nothing sticks. I've been frying eggs in it everyday & they come out of the pan very smoothly, no sticking what-so-ever.

I love the Orgreen frying pan, & had no trouble getting it to lightly smoke, by following the directions. I use a few drops of veg oil when I use it, & I absolutely love the clean up....it's a snap, using warm water & a dishcloth or sponge...no soap & no scrubbing. I will buy more separate pieces, & replace my horrid Teflon crap......made in USA.

My husband bought the 10" from a local retail store. The first week it worked really well, and then it started sticking. We started the "seasoning process" again, and it has been working really good since then. I think it kinda has to be worked out. I think we will possibly order the set.

After looking around awhile I found instead of a TFal, that I was planning on buy, a Ecolution brand Grande pan, in our local Bi Mart. At first I was a little concerned because right off the bat I noticed the paint on the bottom was wearing off VERY quickly. The pan is aluminum with a ridged bottom and a "pretty" logo which started peeling with the first use.
And, the way I cook, I do a lot of shaking and flipping of the contents, cooking on high heat. I noticed the actual metal of the bottom of the pan is wearing away, leaving aluminum metal scrape marks on the flat top surface of my stove. Other than that, the pan cooks quite well, clean up is a snap, and very minimal oil or fat is needed.
So far I'm pretty happy with it, the handle in trying to hang it up on my over table pot and pan rack is a little strange, there is a weird angle to the handle hole.
I've used this for a couple of months now and am considering getting the smaller fry pans also and/or a set.
OH! and this pan didn't come with a lid, but my largest tempered glass lid from my Wolfgang Puck stainless cookware set, fits this Ecolution pan perfectly!
The Ecolution is not perfect, but so far it's working pretty well.
