My First Mother’s Day Without Him

The little vase with a red rose and the plaque were given to me by my Son when he was 17 and are two of the very few things he ever gave me for Mother’s Day the rest of the years turned into cards and phone calls which were fine, but those two little gifts have always meant a lot to me and are now 22 years old. His birthday is the 19th of this month and he would have been 39. Happy Mother’s Day to everyone.
