Sorry about my last post I guess I was having a pity party during the holidays. It’s been hard the past 2 years getting through the month of December since both my boys died in that month. It was 2 years for my Eric and 1 for my furry Son Shadow.
Thinking of You
(Author unknown)
We thought of you with love today,
But that was nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday,
And the days before that too.
We think of you in silence,
We often speak your name.
All we have are memories,
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we will never part.
God has you in His keeping,
We have you in our hearts.
A million times we’ve wanted you,
A million times we’ve cried.
If love could only have saved you,
You never would have died.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone.
For a part of us went with you…
The day God called you home
Except for Bill everyone I love is dead. Of course I have Sadie and the new little BIG dog (Obie ) who is now almost 30 pounds, A Westie?? No pure Westie is that big? I really have nothing to say, but if there are any other Westie owners out there please leave a comment. I will add pictures of our huge Westie soon. I am trying to keep this blog and not really sure what I want to do about it yet…..That’s it for now.
I have been tobacco smoke free for 8 months and have never felt better since starting personal nicotine vaporizing. I don’t like the term e-cig even if it allows me the same feeling of fulfillment as a tobacco cig did without the other 4,000 dangerous chemicals added.
Nicotine is about as dangerous as caffeine when used in a responsible way and with personal vaporizers it’s a god-send for cigarette smokers. I will go into this further at a later date, but for now I would like to share the wonderful news we PV users got recently.
CASAA Lauds Decision on Electronic Cigarettes
Consumer group calls Appeals Court decision against FDA a great victory for public health.
Online PR News – 08-December-2010 –The U.S. Court of Appeals (DC Circuit) has affirmed that the FDA cannot regulate or ban e-cigarettes as drug devices as long as the manufacturer makes no therapeutic claims for their product.
“We estimate that over a million smokers have switched to electronic cigarettes.”
“This is a great victory for public health,” stated Theresa Whitt, M.D., medical director of the Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association (CASAA). The appeals court upheld an injunction against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seizing product imports, claiming they were unapproved drug delivery devices.
